The Moray Council Housing Department commissioned SACRO to provide Guildry House. This is a supported accommodation unit which provides accommodation and support for 10 single people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless and require the necessary skills to manage a tenancy of their own. The main aim of Guildry House is to assist people to resettle in the community.
The support staff at Guildry House will provide a flexible service in order to allow those who use the service to achieve as much independence and choice in their lives as possible.
Referral and Assessment Process
Guildry House is not a Direct Access service and anyone who is provided with a housing support service must refer through The Moray Council. The Moray Council Housing Needs Section is situated at 12-17 Greyfriars Street. Elgin and can be contacted on 01343 563596.
